• Electricity Charges

Electric usage is not included in the rental rate and is billed at 6 THB per unit. Meters are recorded at check-in and check-out. Air conditioning is the primary contributor to consumption, so we encourage mindful use to help both the environment and your budget.

• Security Deposit

A refundable cash deposit of THB 5,000 is required at check-in. This will be returned at departure, provided no damage or excessive usage is noted.
