Located just a few minutes by motorbike from Fisherman's Village and less than 10 minutes from Chaweng Beach, the villa combines a peaceful private setting with excellent access to the island's main entertainment and dining areas.

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large doors opening directly onto the private swimming pool and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen makes the villa equally suited to short holidays and longer stays.

Outside, the pool terrace has been designed for relaxed tropical living, with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and BBQ providing everything needed for leisurely afternoons and evenings at the villa.

Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, creating a separate and peaceful sleeping area away from the villa's main entertaining spaces.

Private parking is available directly at the property.

Housekeeping

Cleaning can be arranged upon request for ฿1,200 per service.

For longer stays, bed linen is changed once per week, while fresh towels are provided every two days.

Good to Know

Electricity is charged separately at ฿7 per unit, based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.

A refundable ฿10,000 security deposit is required in cash at check-in.

Please note that the final approximately 60 metres of road leading to the villa is currently unpaved.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Extra beds, baby cots and highchairs can be arranged subject to availability and may carry an additional fee.

As with properties throughout Koh Samui, occasional island-wide electricity interruptions may occur.
