• Arrival & Departure: We'll do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, though these are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Enhancing Your Comfort: If you need extra beds, baby cots, or highchairs, please let us know. We'll check availability, and these items may have an associated charge.
• Island Living: Being on Koh Samui, please be aware that occasional power outages can occur.
• Electricity Usage: To help us manage resources, electricity is charged at 6 THB per unit, based on your consumption. We'll record the meter readings when you arrive and depart. Air conditioning is the main factor in electricity usage. We encourage you to be mindful of your energy consumption.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB in cash is required at check-in.
